select the table then use the Table Formatter to set the number of header and footer rows to zero:

See the right-hand side of the image, second section titled "Headers & Footer"

Sorry, I guess I was not clear in my question. In the print view, the header and footer appear and are taking up space needed. My fix was to set them at 0" so they basically fall off the page, but can they just be deleted?

When in print view, click on header or footer and delete the type. If you just want the empty boxes what you did by setting them to 0 height will remove them.

select the menu item "File > Print…" then adjust the Page Margins:
