The Mac Pro 6,1 has error-correcting RAM memory, so this is NOT a memory problem.

--(On Macs with Xeon processors, Memory problems produce a distinctive kernel panic, machine check).

Your Mac Pro does not have any third-party kexts showing, so that is unlikely to be the source of your troubles.

You should run a Disk Utility (Repair Disk [directory]) by one to these two methods:

a) Boot to Recovery and invoke Disk Utility, select your Boot Mac OS X Volume and Repair it (takes five minutes, if it finishes in 10 second you have just repair the partition map and no more).

b) Restart in Safe mode by holding Shift at Startup. It does the equivalent repair as it starts up, showing you a progress bar for five minutes. Your username and password are need to continue. Screen re-draw will be lost because almost none of your settings or extensions are loaded. Poke around and see if anything is different.

---------

What may be interesting (or may not) is look at the system logs from the date&time right before the panic events.

Do you have a Trusted Backup?

What may be required is no re-Install Mac OS X, on the theory that your Mac OS X is damaged, and that is the source of your issues. For these purposes, you can re-Install right over the old version. It is not a good idea to do something like a Re-Install without a Trusted Backup.

What peripherals are installed, and how much RAM?

- I did the Disk Utility Repair - the log showed no issues.

i looked at the reports based on date & time, and here is a preview of what i've been dealing with:

What do you mean a trusted back up?

i don't have anything really stored on my computer, all of my files are located on a server. So if you think doing a no re-install is my best option, then i'll just do it, and reinstall all my software. time-consuming... but as you can see from the screenshot, i haven't been getting much work done anyways.

i removed all peripherals except dual apple cinema displays, keyboard and ethernet.

Memory: 32 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC

If all your files are on a Server, re-Installing the over 350,000 files included in a System Install cannot clobber your User files, so you are good to go even if something goes terribly wrong and the contents of the Boot Drive are lost.
