Why does my App Store think I'm in the USA when I live in the uk ?
MY phone believes that my App Store is surprose to be american and brings everything up in dollars where I live in the uk ?

On your device, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID. Tap View Apple ID. If prompted, enter your password again. Tap Country/Region. Tap Change Country or Region. Tap your new country, then tap Next.
