My upgrade to iOS 9.0.2 has resulted in a frozen touchscreen - unable to slide to reboot or other touchscreen functions. Is there any way to reboot with the using the screen?

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settingshttps://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings.
