My iPhone 6 used to say delivered when a message was delivered; now people get my messages and I don't see delivered

I just recently did the latest update to my work phone. After I did, I noticed that "delivered" was no longer showing up on my messages. This is my work phone. I would send a message to my personal phone, receive it but does not show delivered on the work phone. Also, on the messages that are apparently delivered without saying they are, I can hold down on the message and it pops up to "Send as a Text Message".

Anybody else having this issues?
