My instalation of El Capitan only works in safe mode, gets stuck right after log In

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

There are a few of these very issues... one user, Jahoora, claims to have found a solution here > Re: full finder not start after update to El Capitan
