Xcode Error -Could not download and install Xcode 7 Documentation. The package “DevToolsDocset.pkg” is missing or invalid. Any Ideas?

In Xcode, when downloading doucmentation in the preferences>downloads panel the progress bar reaches about half way then I get the following error:

Could not download and install Xcode 7 Documentation. The package “DevToolsDocset.pkg” is missing or invalid.

I have ran Xcode in root and still get same error.

Can anyone help?

This is what terminal says when running xcode in sudo:

Removed and reinstalled Xcode, now works fine.
