windows 10 upgrade - itunes unable to open

1. I have upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. after upgrade i am not able to open iTunes.

2. I have also downloaded the latest iTunes for Windows and tried to setup but received message "Windows Installer Not Working".

So run out next action. Please help.
