I have a file with format powerpoint from my teacher, i can still open it with some changes, but unfortunately, all the links are died, whenever i click on the link, it open safari... please show me how to solve it, I've just used Macbook recently. Thanks all.

Open the PowerPoint file in Keynote, do not play the presentation use in edit mode. Click on the object with the link then click the blue link arrow, if the web address is not shown in an information box there is no web link attached. If the box shows a link you can copy and paste into a web browser.
it's not the link to a website, in powerpoint, it is a link to another slide, but now it become this:
///ppt/slides/I. 1. Tam ly, TLH la gi.pptx
Thats a link to a PowerPoint file not a slide within the presentation. It would normally be a separate file, so unless you have that file on your Mac, it won't link to it.
As an example, a link to slide 4 of the current presentation would look like this:
