iPhone 6s private browsing

I've discovered a gap in the parental controls/ security and hope to see it resolved soon!

operating an iPhone 6s, with 9.0.2.

When parental controls are on, private browsing is disabled. However when you 3-D press Safari icon from home page, you are given the option to open a private tab, which works. So even with parental controls, I have the back door option of opening a private Safari session-- not good for kids!!

I hope to see this patched soon!
