Cannot update Apps - iPad asks for a previous user's itunes user

I have an iPad that was originally registered to my wife. I wiped it completely and reset it and it has been running just fine. However, when I go to update some Apps, it comes up with the request: "Sign in to iTunes Store Enter the password for your Apple ID" and here it comes up with my wife's Apple ID. When I go to Settings and look at App and iTunes stores - it is my Apple ID listed there. Everything else on this iPad is very obviously mine. It synchs to my information, it backs up my information, it is just this one little place that seems to be stuck and I cannot seem to find a location where I can change this request so it comes up asking my Apple ID for my password.

BTW - I just updated to OS 9.02 but it was doing the same exact thing in my previous OS.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

iPad, iOS 9.0.2
