Podcast cover art must be 1400 x 1400 it wont submit my podcast?

that is my RSS link if someone could help i'd appreciate it. it's blocking me from getting past step 1
Your image is 1400 x 1080, so the vertical dimension is too small. Also it's 500kB: it must be less than 500kB. You should arrange for the image to be square, 1400 x 1400 and keep an eye on the file size.
