Since updating to el capitan i have lost the option of emailing a web page from safari. Email is no longer an extension that shows when the "send" box is opened.

That functionality has not been lost, please post a screen shot that shows how you are attempting to email a web page?
this works fine until you shut down and restart your mac, after every new start you have to do this step again which is annoying, I hope that there will be an update soon
