In Finder the iCloud Drive does not show up. In Favorites only my iCloud Drive Pages Folder is listed. Where is the iCloud Drive itself in my Finder? I want to drag and drop files to it, but it does not appear. Thanks!

Enable it in the Finder Preferences. While viewing a Finder window open the "Finder > Preferences".
Click the Sidebar tab and enable "iCloud Drive".

I have the same issue, cant see it in my finder..
But its also not visible to tick the box in finder / preferences/ sidebar either..
Im pretty sure i have it turned on in system preferences so i dont know whats up..

Which system version are you running? Have you checked, if iCloud Drive is still enabled in the System Preferences > iCloud? In macOS Sierra the sidebar has been rearranged. iCloud Drive has been moved to a separate "iCloud" section of the sidebar. This section has a hidden Show/Hide button- You will see it, when you hover the cursor to the right of the title "iCloud":
