Imessenger problems not saying delivered but they have received the message cz they have replied ! iOS 9.0.2 is crap fix it

Loads of people are having the problem , maybe someone up there (Jesus ) Will kick there arses in to gear and sort it before people start going nuts ( squirrel emoji needed ) !!
