Please help me to find this solution. i try so much.
When i start to install Win10 on Boot Camp 6. Downloading Windows Suppoort Software not passed.
It said "the windows support software could not be saved to the selected drive"
Please help me. I have to do my job T^T

2. If you use only Option 2, Download Software, does it work?

Use a wired network if possible. Option 2 is the Download Software optio in bootcamp assistant.
Do you mean this screen right? It doesn't have the Select task screen.
Uncheck the Install Windows 7 check box and test using a Wired network?

and second screen
I used to install windows 10 before, and i remove it because almost full memory.
and now Boot Camp 6 doesn't work.

What device are you using to save this software?

You are supposed to use an external USB flash drive to save the software. Can you test using an external USB2 flash drive? Be aware that this USB device will be erased and formatted.

Can you post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil info diskN (where N is the number for your USB2 flash drive).
DiskN is Disk4
How was this disk (disk4) partitioned? This needs to be erased and formatted as MS-DOS FAT. It is currently a GPT, with a FAT/NTFS partition. BCA cannot use this disk.
It should look like this...
/dev/disk2 (external, physical):
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: FDisk_partition_scheme *16.0 GB disk2
1: DOS_FAT_32 WININSTALL 16.0 GB disk2s1
i change my flash drive and formatted it, diskutil list same as you post, then again
