Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the computer restarts on its own and tells you it had a panic. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

This is sometimes due to what is known as a "kernel panic" because an underlying part of the operating system (the "kernel") has determined there is an issue that requires a restart.
