since sync my iphone 6 with icloud to move all of my files from old phone to current phone and it is now froze on a screen saying 'slide to upgrade' someone please help me!!

i was setting up my new phone (iphone6) and once i tried to restore my files from icloud my phone it is now froze on a blank white screen with a 'slide to upgrade' along the bottom... someone please help me.
