disapearing In box contents

I've been using gmail with iPhone for long time. Recently (after upgrade to iOS9), when I move one mail from In box to trash (or junk) box, all the rest of the mails in In box moved to the trash (or junk). I moved them back to In box, but same thing happened again and again. Now my In box is a hopeless mess. Help me!
