My iMessage delivers and they get my messages but, it doesn't show that it's delivered. The "delivered" sign comes all the way to the bottom of my messages SLOWLY??

Why doesn't my phone show me the "Delivered" sign at the bottom? It appears slowly.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2
