push mail or auto fetch not working in IOS9.0.2

I have lot's of issues to fetch email.

I have an outlook push account, not pushing well emails. I need to open mail to get them.

2 gmail accounts, without push, but auto fetch every 15 mn, it just does not work well. I got the emails when I open mail. Not automatically.

Updated to IOS 9.0.2...
