i recently updated to iOS 9 (last week?) and nothing was missing in my notes. BUT, last night when I was using notes, I went to a different app, then came back to notes and most of my notes are gone!!! It doesn't show on iCloud nor on my "device" itself. I have important Dr info for my new baby as well as a journal of memories of my pregnancy, when my new baby was born, and milestones (1st smile, etc...) that have suddenly disappeared.
