I've deleted photos to make room on my phone but the gigs are still there and prevent me from using the camera, which I need. There is no way to 'manage the data' in settings either, making that a useless feature. I am only able to 'view' data, no action is available! Super frstrating - what is going on? Thank you!

Your phone stores "documents and data" even after you delete stuff. I'm not sure the purpose, but the only way I can get the gigs back for my phone after doing that is to back it up to my computer then restore it, then restore from the backup. That might be a last resort for you, but it's the only way I can ever fix that problem!
Thank you for your response but I'm going to hope another solution shows up here, because that is crazy. Not you : ) But the idea that I can't delete info without making it a major project involving a restore...there must be a more direct way. It's a DELETE button fer gosh sake. How does one ACTUALLY delete photos - or whichever content? I was able to delete music in a straightforward way to recover gig space, but it's not working with photos yet...Ok, thank you.

Did you also delete the photos from your "Recently Deleted" album? Photos may stay there for up to 40 days before they are permanently deleted.
