I am having problems updating my itunes to the 12.3 software using windows 10.

I recently updated my Windows 8 to Windows 10, but now I am unable to update my iTunes software to the 12.3 version. I am no computer expert so I really need assistance. 😕

I forgot to add that I have tried to uninstall iTunes so I can reinstall, but that effort failed. I keep getting a message referring to "iTunes6464.msi". HELP!!!
