Cannot delete emails from notification centre

I cannot remove my emails from the notifications centre on my iPhone 6 running 9.0.2,every think else can be swiped and removed.

Any thoughts

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2

It is not the first time got this issue. 😟 what i did is just restart the iPhone.
