Can't delete apps after updating to iSO 9.0.2

Since updating my ipad mini to ISO 9.0.2 I can't delete apps. When I get to the screen the apps are shaking it will do NOTHING. It won't delete or move the apps, the ipad locks up and then it finally shuts down to the screen with the apple on it. It was working fine before update. I have tried closing all the background apps first and tried doing a reboot but neither helps. If I turn off the deleting app option in the restrictions then it will allow me to move them at least. Anyone else have this issue or know of a way to fix it?? I am guessing I will just have to wait for another ISO bug fix.
