After latest update (iOS 9.0.1 and 9.0.2) iPad and iPhone (5S and 6) problem

After last updates (9.0.1 and 9.0.2) I simply cannot use my devices.

When I try to tape a msg (different program: iMessage, telegram, what sup, etc) or try to surf internet (safari or chrome) after each symbol I have to wait few seconds when device will show me what I insert.

I never saw such problems before. Not on Apple and not on Android.

After the latest update all my devices are useless 😠

I have the same problem on iPad 3, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2, also on iPad

Found the way how to stop those lag.

All problems created by ORIGINAL keyboard.

Any other keyboards works just fine and no any lag at all.

Noted also that in the phone language setting installed additional languages (same as additional keyboards).

Once I delete all unnecessary languages from that place (left only single one that phone use) and problem with original keyboard disappear.
