Game Center not working after iOS 9.0.2 update
Can not access Game Center on iPad after 9.0.2 update! Can access on iPhone but not iPad, where I play games only on! When or how to fix?!

The issue has been reported here multiple times and is quite apparent. We fellow users here do not speak on behalf of Apple nor do we know what they are doing to resolve it. Others users have reported that Apple is aware of the issue but other than that, not much more is known.
