Iphone 5 rear camera not working, Please Help!

Rear camera doesnt work, front camera does. Flashlight works as well. My rear camera was fine last week and then all of a sudden, after updating, it just stopped working. I have reset the phone and it is still not fixed. Please help. This has happened before, but I managed to fix it by rebooting so it cant be my phone.
