How can I block certain emails without clicking on them using Apple mail offline?

Hello Everyone:

For some reason, I have been getting ****-type emails that goes straight to my junk email. If I go online (using Safari - to Outlook) I can block the email in my junk folder without having to click on it. Is there a way to block those emails offline without clicking on it, using Apple Mail App? Please help.
