I have an iPhone 5 and my wife has a 4. Both have IOS 9.0.2. I had heard that we should turn off Wi-Fi Assist and did this on my phone. But I could find a toggle in Settings to do this on my wife's phone. Should it be there or if it's not is this because she has an iPhone 4?

Correction, my wife has a 4S and I could NOT find the toggle.
CCorrection, my wife has a 4S which can be and was updated to IOS 9.0.2. Still no Wi-Fi apAssist toggle.
There is no toggle on the 4s.
