Q: iPhone 4 wi-fi assist
I have an iPhone 5 and my wife has a 4. Both have IOS 9.0.2. I had heard that we should turn off Wi-Fi Assist and did this on my phone. But I could find a toggle in Settings to do this on my wife's phone. Should it be there or if it's not is this because she has an iPhone 4?

There is no toggle on the 4s.
