Apple Music no longer available offline iOS 9.0.2

I just recently upgraded from iPhone 5S to a 6S Plus, and since syncing with iTunes all the music I downloaded and made available offline from Apple Music is no longer available offline.

Just to keep me going for the day I made a few albums available offline but these have since been removed from offline listening too. I've tried resetting my phone, logging in and out of Apple Music, cloud and no cloud and even restored my phone and started as a new phone to see if that helped.

hoping that someone can help as I don't want to go through my whole library to make it available offline!
