MMS is a feature provided by your wireless provider. You may wish

to contact them for assistance. Does your wireless provider offer MMS?

Is your account provisioned for MMS? There may be an additional charge

for having MMS turned on - you can discuss this with your wireless provider.

Certainly www.mts.ua provides services for MMS. But with the new IOS 9 mms stopped working and the operato tell that the APPLE told them that this is a problem with the operating system and requires revision. Although another Ukrainian operator http://www.kyivstar.ua with new IOS 9 no problems with MMS, everything is working correctly! What the problem?

If another Ukranian wireless provider can provide MMS to iPhones,

it would seem that the problem is with MTS and whoever you spoke

to that blamed Apple is mistaken/mis-informed. If MMS works with

kyivstar, it would seem the problem you have lies with MTS and not

with iOS or the iPhone.

Thanks for the answer, I understand that. But how to solve this problem I do not know. The operator said that the unable to solve. I tried already put the settings of the parent MTS from Russia http://www.mts.ru/mobil_inet_and_tv/help/settings/settings_phone/mms_settings/io s-settings/ , but they did not help either. Also I try to send mms for my self – and results its working ok. But to other recipients – NO...
