Q: Ipad Disabled, due to wrong pass tries. Connect to itunes doesn't work

My little son wrote the passcode wrong many times that my ipad became Disabled, now after trying to release it following all steps in apple support, I have not had success.

1. I can't fix it through iTunes as I don't have a PC backup of the Ipad.

2. Using Icloud is not possible because to erase the Ipad from icloud requires the Ipad to be connected to wifi, and because its disabled and even under a wifi coverage it can not be connected.

3. Using restore option has not worked as ITunes started to download IOS 9.02 without success.

Hope some one can help me recover the Ipad. It is important to say that I have the passcode and Icloud ID and password.

I know all this is so difficult process; is because of device and information safety. But as the owner having all credentials of the device and password, it should not be so difficult to release it again. And the ipad looks to be lost

iPad Air, iOS 9.0.2

If you don't have a backup of the iPad you will have to restore the iPad as new. Follow the steps below using a friends computer if you don't have one of your own.

    Restore using recovery mode

If you've never synced with iTunes or set up Find My iPhone in iCloud, you'll need to use recovery mode to restore your device. This will erase the device and its passcode.

    1. Connect your iOS device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
    2. While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't let go when you see the Apple logo — keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen.
    3. When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore.

iTunes will download software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode and you'll need to repeat steps 2 and 3.

    4. Wait for the process to finish. Then you can set up and use your device.

Thank you for your suggestion, but this is something I have tried, and not success. Also I have backed up the ipad with Icloud and wanted to erase it from icloud, but this is something requires the ipad to be connected to internet over wifi, and the ipad is not recognized as connected because is disabled, so how you suppose that option will work. Ocloud is the best option for me as the ipad is in my icloud account.

    Thanks in advance..
