Mac Wi-Fi problem with El Capitan

hey guys, I'm having some problems accessing internet with my MacBook Air 2015. basically is connects to the wifi network, but when I try to you safari or use any app that would require internet nothing, it doesn't connect. funny thing is that the notices from Facebook keep popping out on the side like if there is no problem. Can anyone help me out with this?

Hello im with the same problema here but on a MacBook Pro, i lost the connection then i stop so navigate, since i installed El Capitan, i thought that was a problem on my home network but is not, you need to restart you wifi and let the computer get another IP address, simple go to wi-fi and disable it, then activate again, thats was the only way i found since the problema begin, hope apple do fix it.
