Kernel panics after watching Youtube in Safari?

I have an early 2013 Retina Macbook Pro. A few months ago I started having (as I though then) random kernel panics both in OS X and in Windows on Bootcamp. Since it was still under warranty, I brought it for service to an Apple Store. They replaced the logic board, installed a new battery, and extensively tested the hard drive. I was very pleased with the quality of the service. For the first couple of weeks everything was fine, but then exactly the same problem reappeared. I reinstalled the OS X (and switched from Yosemite to El Capitan), did a clean Windows install on bootcamp with a different set of drivers, but nothing seemed to help. Some days I would get up to 10 kernel panics per day.

Then I started noticing one very strange peculiarity. The panics only seem to happen when wanting Youtube in Safari or within a 10-15 minutes after watching Youtube in Safari. For instance I can watch Youtube in Safari on OS X, then reboot into bootcamp, and then the panic happens there. It however never seems to happen if I don't watch Youtube in Safari. Watching Youtube in Chrome, playing graphically intensive games, doing processor-intensive numerical calculations (both in OS X and Windows) does not seem to cause any issues. And that's on a system with a new logic board and battery, extensively checked hard drive and a fresh OS install. What can this strange behaviour indicate?
