system preferences quit unexpectedly while using the wacom tablet plug-in

After I upgraded to EI Captain, a few days later my Wacom table is not working properly. I uninstalled the drive and installed again. But It seems that I can't calibrate pen or turn off the Touch Off button, etc. I always get the pop up window "system preferences quit unexpectedly while using the wacom tablet plug-in". I'm using Cintiq 24 HD Touch.

Anyone can help?
