Q: macbook pro screen has circle with line thru wont boot

was trying to instal el capitan, then lost power and now it will not boot? Screen os grey with corcle line thru it and i followed all trouble shooting i could find? I disk utility everything cleaned it.. then erased everything? Nothing works
