While loading an app I received iPhone 6 crashed

While loading an app iPhone 6 (16gb, iOS 9) crashed and restarted with the coloured stripes on the screen. The colours kept changing and restarted once more. The striped colours appeared again. After the 3rd or 4th time restarting I received this log on the screen:

And it's still on and can't restart/turn off the phone..

What should I do next 😟
