After update to iOS 9, I can´t use the apps the first time I touch the app icon. The screen turns black...

Thanks in advance for answering to my question.

Whenever I touch an app icon, and I haven´t used it for some time, the screen turns black. Then I push the Start button to go back to the main screen and touch the app icon again. Now it works. But whenever I need to use the app quickly, just like when using the camera and it doesn´t work, It´s something really disgusting...
