how do i see every pages document that has ever been created?

I'm trying to find a similar setup to google drive where:

google drive sorts according to individual folders

individual apps like pages can display every file ever created.

every file is shown in IOS but not on mac OSX. it seems like when i move a file in iCloud drive to an individual folder, it disappears from the pages folder.

i can't seem to be able to get that system.

any idea if its possible?
