Apple TV Box
My Sony big screen has HDMI but its the red and white plugs of the 3 colored cable not the little slot needed for the HDMI cable - It would be fine but the apple box will only take the slot cable. How to I adapt that?

There are adapters, but you will probably find that you cannot play movies you rent or purchase from iTunes and rent from Netflix because of the Digital Rights requirements.
