How do I get the NHL Gamecenter Live app from US store while I live in Singapore?

I need to update my NHL GameCenter Live app fro the US app store.
I live in Singapore and want to watch NHL games using my ipad or apple TV

but it seems I need to enter a payment method using a US credit card which I don't have
is there a way around this?

No.

Apps from one country cannot be downloaded in another country. If it's not available in Singapore then it's not available.

BTW, app developer determine where their app can be downloaded not Apple.
