My phone is disabled it tells me connect to itunes which I did except my phone want connect unless i put my passcode in my phone but i can't

Follow the instructions in this support document to restore your device. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
