Hi, itunes is blocked in my office so unable to access office wifi.
You will need to explain your issue in much more detail.

Some corporations do that - in my previous place of work - one could neither invoke the App store nor update the iOS at work - kind of "The Wi Fi is for work purposes and not for personal use"
If that is the case there is not much you can do from your end except speak to the IT at work and see if they can provide any exceptions....
