Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can't create an iTunes ID selecting "None" as payment method. I get the "For assistance, contact iTunes Support..." window, even after filling every field correctly.

I can't create an iTunes ID selecting "None" as payment method. I get the "For assistance, contact iTunes Support..." little red window, even after filling every field correctly. What might be causing this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

It could be due to a number of reasons, if you haven't already done so then contact iTunes Support and they should be able to help :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
