What's the procedure for rendering tracks for export as wave files with the plugins included?

GarageBand (Mac) '11, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Select the track
File > Export > Track As Audio File (Cmd-E)
In that export window, you can set the Format to WAVE

Thank you very much. I see that there is an option for including plugins with the exported file. Very helpful
