Q: updating cards, apple pay will be available when updates are complete
I added a second card to Apple Pay (Santander visa debit card) yesterday and have since had this message when I try to use Apple Pay: updating cards, Apple Pay will be available when updates are complete.
It is totally unclear what updates are occurring and how long this process might take? - I have had the expected confirmations from Santander that the new card is set up.
I don't recall having this issue when adding the first card (an Amex card).
Any ideas?

Update: Just turned my phone off and on again and that seems to have resolved the issue. The old ones are the best. Presumably not just a coincidence that it is working again, maybe I missed some advice from apple that you might need to do this.
