Installing OSX El Capitan

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, 2013, Yosemite). When I was trying to download the OS El Capitan upgrade, there were few interruption in my internet connection, so I had to restart downloading till the point when on the Apple Updates page the button 'PAUSE' became pale with the explanation on the left 'Waiting...' with no progress. When I reboot my MacBook the page says that the 'download was paused', and when I press 'continue' (confirming my Apple Id) the button 'PAUSE' again become pale with the same note 'Waiting...' with no progress. Always the same thing with no hope.
