My iPhone 6s does not vibrate. I have iOs 9.0.2. Anyone else having this issue?

For whatever reason, my iphone 6s does not vibrate on silent or ring. Anyone experiencing this?

I havent noticed because my phone freezes on almost every single app!

Reset all settings. Vibrate will return. You will not lose any data or media.
